Returns & Exchanges – Mauli Jewels

At Mauli Jewels, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and a refined customer experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and any complimentary gifts provided.

Please note:

  • Engraved or personalized jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Worn, damaged, or modified items
  • Items altered by another jeweler
  • Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer

Return Process

To initiate a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Once approved, you may securely ship the item back to us.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend insuring your shipment for its full value, as Mauli Jewels cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection & Processing

Each returned piece undergoes a careful inspection by our Quality Assurance team. Returns are typically processed within 2–4 business days of receipt.

Should any item show signs of wear, damage, or missing components, applicable deductions may be made. You will be notified prior to processing.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges.

Please allow 8–12 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@maulijewels.com.

Additional deductions may apply if:

  • Certificates are not returned 

  • Complimentary gifts are not included

Late Returns

Returns requested beyond the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion and will

incur a 40% restocking fee. All shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Care & Service

We proudly offer 90Day care services, including polishing, cleaning, and stone tightening, ensuring your jewelry maintains its brilliance over time. for this both side shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
